1. Each of our orders shipment will have 5 inspection steps and the inspection record from materials in checking, production process, jacket pressure testing by water and air, finished product inspection and 48 hours water testing, equipment packing and loading inspection, finished product to the delivery and packing process, etc. when there is any problems, it’s easier to keep record and solve the issues quickly.
2.All piping mark numbers before shipping. Meanwhile In order to help customer to install easily, we will provide a whole process piping installation diagram as per the installation sequence.
3. About workmanship, our welding are all full welding by water, uniform dimpled steam and cooling jacket to ensure no leaking and long life, welds passivated! Our polishing are overall mirror polishing without any welds left! Below is some welding and polishing pictures and videos.
4. Most important is stainless plate thickness, most manufacturer list inner she'll 3.0mm and outer shell 2.0mm, but they eventually only use large 2.5-2.7mm, but Micet don't, our minimum will not less than 2.98mm, MICET do not cut corners.
5.All the accessorizes for brewhouse and fermenting will be counted and packed separately.
6. For shipping, each of our port will have a lid in case the dust goes into inside during shipping. For packing, stand tank will be full packed in case of any salt corrosion on the sea, for horizontal tanks, tanks will be packed by steel frame on the skid and the legs will be fixed by thread in case of any moving during transportation.
